If you have received a product in a damaged or defective condition or it is not as described ordered by you i.e.,

  • defective,
  • damaged, Or
  • Significantly different from the description given by the merchant
  • wrong size,
  • wrong color,
  • wrong quantity,


Buyers are completely protected with Deli-Hike E-trust Refund & Return policy. offers a 10 day return guarantee for all such items.


In case of Final Sale for some products, merchant does not accept any return. Some customized products, healthcare products, products like undergarments, lingerie, swimsuits etc and perishables including flowers, edible products cannot be returned due to health & hygiene reasons.

You can return it to get a replacement within 10 days of delivery from sellers with Deli-Hike e-trust refund/return policy or within 10 days of delivery from other Sellers.

Please contact us with a replacement request. The item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you, at no extra cost.

All items which can be resold are always eligible for return.

However, The following items are not eligible for return/replacement:

  • Items that have been worn/washed/soiled
  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame
  • Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  • Made-to-order / custom jewellery
  • Fragile items, hygiene related items
  • Products which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
  • Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
  • Seal open branded electronic items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the product as they can’t be resold

In case of branded electronic items, brands’ return, repair and replacement policy will apply.



If you have received an item in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition, or it is ‘Not as Described’ by the Seller, you may request a replacement at no extra cost. Return Policy is Seller specific and terms may differ. Please check the respective Seller’s policy when buying or before initiating a return for a replacement.


Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.



If you are not satisfied with the Clothing and Footwear item delivered, you can request an exchange in a different size or color. All this again, at no extra cost to you. Be sure to check the Seller’s Return Policy when buying or before initiating a return for exchange.

How would I get the refund if I paid cash at time of delivery?

If you paid cash on delivery, the refund will be credited either in the form of NEFT transfer to your bank account . For a NEFT transfer we require:

  • Bank name
  • Account holder’s name
  • Bank account number
  • Branch address
  • IFSC code


How much time will it take me to receive the refund for my return?

You will receive a refund anytime between 13-20 days. Refunds of all prepaid orders will be made in the original mode of payment or your FreeCharge Account as FreeCharge Balance. Cash on delivery orders will either be refunded as FreeCharge Balance   which can be used for your future purchases on (and many other websites/apps) or via NEFT transfer to your bank account.
